Starting at $40/month (based on your property size), you get two services per year: one full pressure wash (house exterior + driveway) and one maintenance rinse. Your full deep clean happens around month 5 of your subscription, and your maintenance rinse around month 10. We'll reach out about a week before to schedule a time that works for you.

We get it—life happens. If you need to cancel before your 12 months are up, there's a $150 early termination fee OR the retail value of services already used (whichever is greater). But honestly? Nobody's cancelled yet because they love not having to think about it.

Absolutely! Many renters love this because it keeps the landlord happy and protects your security deposit. If you move locally, we can transfer your remaining months to your new place. Moving out of our service area? We can gift the remaining services to the next tenant or work out a prorated refund. Just give us a heads up.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For one-time jobs, you pay when the work is done. For the Gator Plan, your card is charged monthly on the same day each month (starting at $40/month based on property size). All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted system.
